NOTE! We can't answer the phone during ongoing treatments, but we will call you back as soon as possible. 

Monday to Thursday between 8:30–9:00 AM and 3:30–3:45 PM are the best times to call if you want to increase your chances of reaching us directly. If you are experiencing toothache or a dental fracture, you may also send a text message to the clinic's number on weekdays and we will contact you as soon as we are able.

Cancellation Information and Terms

Remember to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the start of treatment.

For missed appointments or same-day cancellations, we charge the following fees:

Dental care with the hygienist: €17.50 for every 15 minutes started; with the dentist: €35 for every 15 minutes started.

Medical aesthetic care and skin care: 50% of the booked treatment price.

The cancellation and missed appointment terms also apply to free visits, such as orthodontic consultations and post-operative or other follow-ups, in which case we charge a cancellation or no-show fee of €50.

 

You can cancel or change your appointment by logging in to the booking system, calling us, or sending an email.  We understand that cancellations are sometimes necessary but we hope you understand that a missed cancellation prevents us from seeing other customers or patients in need of care. The exception is acute illness. Please note that we do not accept cancellations via SMS or Instagram.

We are open on weekdays and weekends by appointment.

Payment Options

Card payment, cash, Resurs Bank if you have an account there, E-passi and Edenred. The most common credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard.

FPA reimbursement is deducted from the bill for the applicable procedures. To receive direct reimbursement, you must present your FPA card at the checkout.

Series of treatments are paid at the start. For larger treatments, a prepayment may be required.

Your personal data is necessary for us to provide safe, secure, and high-quality dental care. By law, we are required to keep a patient record for each patient. The record includes personal information, background information about your care, information about diagnoses, treatments carried out and planned, as well as information about who made entries in the record and when.
 
As a patient of ours, you can book appointments via online booking, email, or phone. As a patient with us, you will receive regular check-ups by agreement. In order to offer this service, we need your name, address, e-mail address, and phone number. Your personal data is necessary for us to fulfill our legal obligations as a healthcare provider.
