You can also meet oral surgeon Ville Männistö for consultation regarding dental and jaw surgery.


Visit our dental hygienist for teeth cleaning, preventive care, fluoride treatment, teeth whitening, or temporary fillings if needed. 
 
See our skincare therapist for a skincare consultation, skincare routine planning, and results-oriented skincare treatments.
 

Step 2: Customized Solution Tailored for You

We will create a personalized treatment plan for you, tailored to your individual needs and wishes. This could include a single treatment or a combination/series of treatments, along with top-quality at-home care products.

Step 3: Free Follow-up Check

If needed, we offer a complimentary follow-up after your treatment.

Aesthetic Consultation

During an aesthetic consultation at Vaasa Smiles, you'll have the opportunity to discuss your situation and explore the treatments that best suit your needs before any procedure begins. 

We recommend a consultation if this type of treatment is completely new to you or if you're unsure about which treatment to choose. During the consultation, we’ll carefully go through your wishes and goals, and provide instructions on how to prepare for the procedure as well as aftercare considerations. The consultation fee starts at €80. If you have previously received the same treatment elsewhere or simply want to have the treatment done at your first visit, in some cases the treatment can be included in the consultation, and no separate consultation fee will be charged. 

If possible, we recommend coming to your consultation without makeup.

Skin Therapist’s Skincare Consultation

During a skincare consultation with our skin therapist, you’ll receive information about which treatments are best suited for you, along with advice on preparation and aftercare. If possible, we recommend coming to your consultation without makeup.


If you're visiting us for the first time, please arrive 10 minutes early so you have time to fill out a health declaration before your treatment begins. Thank you for your understanding!

There is convenient parking along Vörågatan or Fiskaregatan, or, just a stone’s throw away, you’ll find Minimani’s large parking lot if you want to shop while you’re here.

Use the patient call button and we’ll let you in

The clinic doors are locked. If you have a booked appointment or a scheduled meeting, please ring the patient call button and we will open the door for you.

Wheelchair Accessible

A designated parking space for people with limited mobility is marked in the courtyard. Please let us know in advance if you need assistance.

There is a specially adapted entrance with a ramp for wheelchairs on the courtyard side of the building, near the staff entrance. Ring the doorbell at the courtyard entrance and we’ll come let you in. There is also an accessible restroom available at the clinic.

Safety

The clinic is equipped with surveillance cameras, and security guards can be called if needed to ensure safety and security.

Please note that due to high demand, our booking calendar can sometimes be fully booked, and we update the calendar every three to four months. Appointments for popular services can be booked out already 1–2 months in advance.

Yes, follow-up appointments are free of charge for patients who have undergone treatment with us. You can book a follow-up appointment through our online booking system, by email, or by calling us directly.

If you're not satisfied with the treatment or service, we'd love to hear from you. We offer all our customers a complimentary follow-up appointment, which you can book through our online booking system or by contacting our customer service.

Please note that you may only visit the clinic if you are completely healthy.

We recommend that you come alone to your treatments to maintain a calm and safe environment, especially since many of our treatments are advanced and require the full focus of your practitioner. If you feel uncertain about your first consultation or treatment and would like to bring a friend for support, that's absolutely fine to help you get comfortable and feel secure. However, we encourage you to come alone for future visits so that you can get the most out of your treatment time.

Yes, Vaasa Smiles can offer group bookings for clients, 4-10 people, who want to have treatments together with friends or family. For these bookings, there may also be special offers available, depending on the clinic's policy. Generally, a group booking means friends can relax in the waiting room and enjoy each other's company in a cozy atmosphere in our beautiful villa, where coffee is served while one friend at a time receives their treatment in the treatment room. You can also choose to order suitable snacks to make your visit even more enjoyable. For group bookings, everyone in the group must undergo the same type of treatment, for example, Profhilo and/or Botox.
