Orders are placed through the online store's shopping cart and are immediately confirmed to the provided email address upon payment. The minimum order amount is 1 euro. 

An order based on a quote request is only made once the quote has been approved by the customer. The customer can track the quote request, handle all communication regarding it, and approve the quote directly in the webshop by logging in.  

Note! If you live in Åland, please send your order to info@vaasasmiles.fi to receive an invoice for the goods without VAT.

All prices are in euros and include VAT (25.5%). A delivery fee is added to every order placed via the webshop.  

When placing an order, customers can also choose to pick up the goods themselves from our clinic at: Vörågatan 12, 65100 Vaasa. In this case, there will be no delivery fees. 

In the case of obvious human errors in entering prices or texts in the webshop, we reserve the right to make corrections and inform the customer before delivery.  

When ordering goods via the online store's shopping cart, payment is made immediately through the Paytrail payment service. Paytrail provides a safe and fast way to complete the order and works with all banks' online payment systems (paytrail.com).
