It's easy to book an appointment through our online booking system or by sending an email to [email protected]. Please note that due to high demand, our booking calendar may sometimes be fully booked. We update the calendar every three to four months, and slots for popular services can be booked up 1–2 months in advance.

We recommend scheduling your next appointment at the time of your most recent visit to ensure you get your preferred time slot.

Appointment reminders are sent from us via SMS or email. If you can't find a suitable time, please contact us by email and we'll do our best to find a solution for you.

Emergency Dental Care in Vaasa

In Vaasa, evening and weekend emergency dental care is provided at Vaasa Central Hospital (Sandviksgatan 2-4). Opening hours are weekdays from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and weekends from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. There is no overnight service. Always call 116 117 before your visit.

The dental emergency service operates on a drop-in basis with a queue number system, and patients are treated in order of priority.

Night service from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM is available at Turku University Central Hospital. For assessment of need, contact 02 313 8800.

All patients over 18 years of age are charged according to the health center’s fees. If you miss an appointment without canceling, you will be charged 50.80 euros.

Emergency help is needed for:

  • Swelling, difficulty swallowing, or limited ability to open or close the mouth
  • Fever along with the above symptoms
  • Severe toothache that is not relieved by painkillers
  • Dental trauma or suspected jaw fracture
  • Bleeding after a tooth extraction
  • Damaged braces causing pain

No emergency help is needed for:

  • Pain that is relieved by painkillers
  • Sensitivity to hot or cold
  • Cracks in teeth or fillings
  • Problems with dentures or removable braces
