This is the most effective option for home whitening. We take impressions of your teeth and make custom trays for a perfect fit. These use a stronger whitening gel than ready-made products, which allows for more controlled and longer-lasting results. Typically, the front 12 teeth on each arch are whitened with this method, providing an even and natural-looking result across your whole smile.

If you’re looking for a simpler option, we offer pre-filled, ready-to-use trays in a one-size-fits-all format. These don’t require any impressions and are easy to use. The gel is milder than in the custom trays, and each treatment session lasts about 90 minutes. Usually, the front 10 teeth on both the upper and lower arches are whitened. This is a great choice for mild whitening or for maintenance after a previous treatment.

Strips are thin, flexible pieces that are placed directly on the teeth. They contain a low-concentration whitening gel and are used for about 60–90 minutes each time. This method typically whitens the front 8 teeth in both the upper and lower arches, and is ideal if you want a gentler brightening or to maintain the results from earlier whitening.
